Our walk-in shower remodel required a custom-ordered pan, so there was a bit of a delay in ordering and receiving it. But once it arrived and work started, they did an amazing job. Our installer Jose was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. His boss, the Project Manager David, kept in touch with us throughout the demo and installation process and continually asked how it was going and if we had any questions or concerns. I would strongly recommend EKB for anyone looking for quality work at what I considered to be a fair price.

I was very satisfied with my experience with EKB. I was first impressed at the initial appointment with Jared Blazer when he came to provide a quote. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I could tell he had experience in the field. He also gave me a good impression of the company and their services. I liked the app "Buildertrend" that he said they used in order to keep the customer up to date on scheduling and what was going to be done each day of the project. He was very quick to provide me with the proposal which gave detailed descriptions and costs for each part of the remodel. I also like that they offered to help with the shopping if needed, and they picked up the materials from the store for me. This was our first time doing a remodel and it was overall a great experience. We had everything done: tub taken out, full tiled shower with niche and bench installed, new vanity, toilet, new subfloor and flooring, backsplash, medicine cabinet, and exhaust fan installed. Victor Mendoza was the primary worker and he was awesome! Hard worker, very professional, friendly, and patient with our questions and needs. And always on time. He worked very hard to complete our project in a timely manner since we only have the one bathroom. Even though he was quick, he did a quality job and we are extremely happy with the results. Luis did a great job on our exhaust fan especially since we had old wiring that caused some issues. On the occasions when I had questions or concerns, David Jimenez and David Shorey were able to address everything right away and I was very happy with the customer service they provided. Good communication is very important to me, and I was very impressed at how fast they would call, text or email me back each time. The only thing I think could have been improved with the whole experience was a more realistic completion estimate. It did take longer to complete than first estimated, but from what I have heard, this is something that happens frequently with remodeling projects due to unexpected things that come up once the demo is done. Overall I would highly recommend this company, and I plan on calling them again when I'm ready to do my kitchen.

All the glowing reviews you've read about this company are absolutely spot on! It was an easy and stress free experience from beginning to end. David Shorey is the perfect 'face' for this company . He is super friendly and I felt comfortable from the start. David came to my home and made sure he understood my project so the end result would be exactly what I wanted. Part of the project was to replace my vanity top and he had samples to show me which made that part a breeze. We met to pick out tile and after I chose my color scheme, he showed me different kinds of tiles that would be best suited for my shower. It helped so much that he narrowed it all down because I was overwhelmed at the options. The project took about 2 weeks from start to finish and actually started sooner than expected. Hugo and Jorge did a magnificent job and their attention to detail was amazing! All my fixtures were replaced as well and they are gorgeous! Hugo even polished my 30 year old bathtub and it looks like new again! Hugo and Jorge were also very friendly and respectful. They were both very mindful of dust and debris and kept everything as tidy as possible. The end result was beyond my expectations! Do not hesitate to use this company for your remodel - you won't be sorry, I promise you! I am over the moon happy I chose them!
